About Janene McGowan

Janene McGowan, a Bradenton resident since 1974, has more than 20 years of experience in the Florida mortgage market. She helped develop the Manatee County Bond Program that continues to assist local home buyers in purchasing a home. As a HomeBridge Mortgage Loan Originator, Janene understands how to build a mortgage solution perfect for each buyer’s unique needs. She especially enjoys working with first time home buyers and those seeking FHA, VA and local bond loans. Janene proudly builds her business with a “Customer for Life” philosophy. She takes pride in providing excellent customer service and helping borrowers become comfortable with the mortgage process. Active in the community, Janene is a member of Mortgage Bankers Association, Manatee Association of Realtors, past Treasurer of the Women’s Council of Realtors (Manatee County) and past Board Member of the local YMCA.
