purchase a home for $350,000, you receive a rebate of $2,625. It's
that simple. The rebate is issued to you in the form of a check or if
allowed by your lender, we can issue the rebate as a credit on
the HUD-1 Settlement Statement, which would reduce the amount of money you
would need to bring to closing. Certain terms and conditions apply¹.
